- turn garment inside out and machine wash at 30°C
- do not tumbe dry
- wash garment together with similar colours
- iron on the reverse, on a medium heat, avoiding any buttons and fasteners

UK shipping costs £3.00
International shipping costs £6.00 (+£3 to add tracking)
All UK orders are shipped via recorded post and will need to be signed for upon arrival.
International orders are shipped by regular Airmail as standard, which does not include tracking.
If you would prefer to track the progress of your order once it's posted, this shipping upgrade can be selected at checkout for an additional fee of £3.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are posted.
As our collection is all handmade to order (unless otherwise stated), we aim to dispatch all items up to 14 days after your payment clears although orders of multiple items may take a little longer. If you would like an item dispatched sooner than this, please enquire, and we will try our best to fulfil your wish for a rush order.

Please be aware that packages to some countries may be delayed in customs, and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes, VAT and local handling fees that may apply. Some countries have restrictions on importing certain goods - if you are not sure of the rules/fees that apply in your country, please check before ordering.
Please note that we do not falsify the price of goods contained in a package or mark parcels as gifts on customs documentation, as this is fraudulent and any requests to do so will be refused.

We provide an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s), provided that the goods are returned unworn, unwashed, with all labels intact and in their original condition. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery of your order if you aren't happy with your purchase for any reason.
Please note that buyers are responsible for return delivery costs, except in the unlikely event that you have received faulty goods. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from your refund.
Please return your items by a recorded delivery method, and retain proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
